Albert B. Wenzell, Jr. graduated from Princeton University in 1969 with a BA Degree and a Certificate in Latin American Studies. He then spent four years in the US Navy. He received his Law Degree from USF in 1976. He started practicing Law in 1977 for St. Clair, Zappettini, McFetridge & Griffin in San Francisco. He worked at Simoncini & Wenzell and Greene, Chauvel, Descalso and Tully before he started The Wenzell Law Group in 2002. From 1977 to the present he has litigated matters in the following areas: Products Liability, Professional Malpractice, Construction/Industrial Accidents, Premises Liability, Business Litigation, Wrongful Termination, Public Entity Defense, Landlord Tenant, Civil Rights Violations, Personal Injury, Lemon Law Litigation and Insurance Coverage Disputes.

Al has extensive experience in mediating settlements of disputes both as an advocate and a mediator in all of the Bay Area Counties and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has participated as a panelist in the Bar Association of San Francisco Early Settlement Program, the EEOC Mediation Program, the BASF Mediation Program and the San Mateo County Superior Court Arbitration Program. His experience in litigation has prepared him for all types of mediation.
